After a surgery, and a couple extremely stressful years, I have fallen back into bad habits and gained a fair amount of weight. My Goals:
I am trying to moderate my eating habits and increase my activity in order to lose weight at about a pound per week or so.

I would like to get to the point were I would feel quite good in a cabaret style belly dance costume.

My Program:
I am tracking my food daily, in so far as I can (depending on travel, etc.)

I am exercising 4x/week at home, 3x/week over the lunch hour, and taking a dance class once a week.
