My Goals:
Long term goal - lose 60lbs
Short term goal-
1. Get to 180lbs by May14th- Completed 4/8/13
2. Get to 165lbs by September 14th
Begin excercising -completed 2/13/13


My Program:
I am eating regular meals.
I am cooking at home and eating as many whole foods as possible.
I am focusing on healthy food.
I am not making anything off limits.
I am challenging myself to be mindful when i want something that does not promote my health and well being to make a conscious decision to have it.
I am walking 1 mile a day and participating in the 20 day spring challenge.
I also began walking all the stairs from the basement to the 3rd floor each time I am at the office.
I am looking forward to finding other outlets for exercise.
