My goals are based around a healthier me and a better future.
My Program:
I'm good at tracking my food & drink, however balancing my sodium and fat intake seem to be key elements in these past few months. Also trying to keep the activity level up when working and taking classes is a challenge.
Personal Information:
Grew up in Las Vegas & I have two great kids; daughter 23 & son 21. Now single, I like most music, reading biographies, sci-fi and fantasy, and I love to swim. Currently working on futhuring my education.
