emoticon Thanks for your comment on my post in the Fit Food challenge. It's good to have support on this journey. Have a great day and keep up the good work!!

Sometimes we think we've failed because life didn't go as planned. We put too much emphasis on what might have been instead of what we've achieved to get this far. And just as setbacks can be catalysts for learning; victories can be catalysts to keep us moving forward. Celebrate each victory because in the whole sense of the word, a-Victory-is-a-Victory and an integral part of our journey that needs acknowledgement no matter how small. It's part of what we're made of, and we are made to be Victorious!

I have lived in Las Vegas my whole life so I am am very used to it. It is truly amazing how adaptive humans can be. I can really appreciate the wide open spaces and that includes Montana! Be well my friend and we will Spark together : )

Thank you so much for the Swimming Pool goodie. Just looking at it helped me feel less overwhelmed by the heat. I grew up in the humid South, so know that it is the really stifling kind of heat. Guess I've been spoiled by our more moderate summer temps here in Montana where I've lived for more than 40 years. Of course, that more moderate temp advantage in the summer is offset by our typically colder and snowier winters. Just goes to show we are much more adaptable creatures than we give ourselves credit for.

    Thanks again for the goodie.

    Hugs!!
