I have decided that I need to get going on my lifetime goal of loosing weight and getting healthy. I had thought I had been overwieght all my life but now I really know what overweight is. I carried a few extra pounds through high school and college but was overall fit. I recently had 2 children...back to back...and now carry way more than a few extra pounds. YUP Exactly!!! I used to be so skeptical about the lettuce instead of bread but once I finally tried it I was like OH WOW I can't believe I actually prefer it and don't miss the bread one bit!!! I would have done it a long time ago had I just tried it sooner! I love finding out things like this! LOL
