1. To lose a total of 75 lbs. I. Goals for September: to lose 4 lbs. Well that didn't happen, but at least I didn't gain any. J. Goals for October: Because of an extended vacation I want to stay the same. Any loss will be a plus.

I love to read. I have too many favorite authors to mention here. I am eclictic in my reading, enjoying fiction, mysteries and some biographies. Now with the weather getting nicer I love to work in my yard. I have several flowerbeds and because I have a lot of shade in my yard I especially love hostas.
