Becoming A Healthier Me!

Ever since high school I have put on weight. I find it easy to get started with losing weight but staying on an actual healthy lifestyle path is difficult. I have tried multiple ways to lose weight and still cannot seem to keep it off. I am searching for ways to get motivated and stay active as I try to learn the right balancing act to becoming a healthier me!
