Hi and thanks for your comments. I've just looked at page 20-21 of the Getting Started booklet for WWPP. It states that all fruits are o points, and most vegetables are 0 points. Corn/peas/potatoes are not 0. I splurged and bought the complete food book and restaurant guide. It was worth it to me. I also bought the calculator to figure out points in the grocery store etc. One thing that has always helped me is to always have cut up fruit and veggies on hand in baggies ready to munch in times of weakness. You are taking on a whole new lifestyle change [food and smoking] be kind to yourselves. Even as a lifer my weight will fluctuate and I have to start back at the beginning to drop a few pounds.
