My Goals:
Final Goal : 115lbs!! I will be running the Ogden Half Marathon. My goal is to finish in 2 hours 30 minutes. Beat my previous time of 72 minutes on my next 10K! Workout 5x a week and eat healthy.
My Program:
I am eating healthier and trying to maintain a sustainable 1200 -1500 daily calorie intake. Run three days a week for about 3 miles each day. Cross train two days a week by following SP Core, Lower and Upper workouts.
Personal Information:
I want to helps others be involved in their fitness goals as I have been. I would love for everyone to enjoy running as much as I do. I am a mother of two young children, ages 7 & 8. I've been married to my husband for over 10 years and he is finishing his B.S. degree in Chemistry.
Other Information:
Everyone has a different FINISH LINE!
