I am a wife and a mom to a toddler and a baby. Our family, like everyone else's, is BUSY! We have a family farm, seed business, insurance business, and I teach. It's hard to find time for myself, but I'm making a commitment to do it! My family deserves a healthy me, and more importantly, I deserve it!

Beans are in the ground! Have not had real rain since last week. I hope we get some more this week--it seems that whenever the stuff does get planted the rain stops completely, lol. Hope your weather clears soon. emoticon

Thanks for dropping by today and for the thoughtful comments--I agree with you, probably starting out with stocking the pantry and maybe a pan or two can be expensive (and a cookbook!), but it would be worth it in the long run health-wise and $$, too as you learn more. I think we'll probably try to eat more at home--just need to make sure there is variety. Thanks again, have an awesome rest of the weekend!

LOL - I better clarify what I meant by 15 seconds per week. That wasn't min/mile.
25 years ago when I first tried to run, I pooped out after 30 SECONDS of running although walking wasn't a problem. So my intervals were 30 sec run/4:30 walk and repeat 6 times. The following week I did 45 sec run/4:15 walk etc.
I followed this plan for 6 months and my first 5K was 30:51. I included that history in my blog to show how patient I am.
