40 & hoping for a mindset change

41 now & I've struggled with weight issues my whole life. I think about food constantly.What to eat & how to overcome it.I'm addicted to carbs.I do know how & what to eat healthy & do well until I binge on carbs & have my emotional eating sessions.I'm the heaviest I've ever been & most days feel my addictions won.
I'm a widow & the mother of a 20 year old Autistic son. I love God,my family,the outdoors,how exercise makes me feel,cooking,helping people feel better,movies & laughing.

My Goals:
Really an active member since 2/13/13
To not let food & the thought of eating consume my thoughts
- Go one week without binging in July
- Complete the Billy Blanks boot camp 30 min.

Goal MET 6/6/13 YAY!
- To be under 200 by 6 /21

- Continue reaching out to friends & teams to relieve some of the stress I deal with daily

- Be able to pull myself across a few monkey bars

My Program:
-I make healthy food choices & allow small treats now & again
-I am drinking much less Diet Pepsi. It causes me carb & sugar cravings.
- I'm trying to not eat things with sugar substitutes for the same reason
- I try to eat my dinner 5:00 or after. has helped by binging. Also, I save cals for a snack at night
- I try to get in a 15-30 min routine 6 days a week & move while I watch TV
