My Goals:
My first real goal is to log in to Sparkpeople every day and start setting the habit that this is what gets me through this.

Secondly, I want to say "SEE YA" to my beloved Diet Coke.....I want to drop that habit and nourish my body with water, water and more water.



My Program:
I am using the Sparkpeople.com site to it's full advantage! Without the use of this site and all the fellow sparkers, I would be lost.

My calorie range is set for 1200-1500. I would like to stay close to 1200 in the beginnings here and try to move up as my workout routine becomes more advanced.

I am taking my vitamins, drinking my water and trying to eat as much raw veggies and fruit as I can. I want to work on eating a more natural diet. Sticking to dairy, lean meats and produce.

Personal Information:
Living in SoCal, I am a SAHM of 2 and married to the love of my life.

Other Information:
I am getting used to the fact that I am a food addict and an overeater. These are things that I think a lot of us can relate too. With this battle going on I am really trying to focus on getting my mental health in order first and bring along the body side of it.
