NOT GIVING UP!!!

Im 32 and weigh 103.7kilos. I want to lose weight but have trouble keeping motivated. In the past, I've been motivated enough to lose weight (the most being 20 kilos within 5 months - 7 years ago) but have been struggling with my weight the past few years and now weigh the highest I've ever been!!! I'm happier (and obviously healthier) when I eat right and exercise... but I keep giving up!!! This time, I'm NOT GIVING UP!!!
