My Goals:
Short term: Making it to the gym on M-W-F mornings.

Future: Take a multiple day/night backbacking trip.

My Program:
I'm in the second year of a wellness program at work, the maintainence stage, although I'm still trying to lose some weight.

I do Pure Barre 3 days a week and meet twice with a trainer at the gym. I also aim for 5 days of vigorous cardio (running, stair stepper, rower) and 2 days of light cardio (walking) per week.

I eat a wide variety of foods and I eat often throughout the day. My first priority foodwise is protein then veggies then fruits so I prepare each meal with that in mind.
