I am 36 years old, married to a very physically fit firefighter/paramedic, and have two sons - one who is 7 1/2 and just started 2nd grade, and a 2 year old.

I am ready to just GET THIS DONE and feel healthy and cute and beautiful again! I am done wasting time feeling like I want to hide.

I had been following Weight Watchers off and on and have lost and gained over the years. When I was pregnant with my son in 2005, I gained 60 lbs. and have not lost all that weight, though I have been up and down, and I gained 50 during my second pregnancy. I really just need to lose about 55 lbs. to really feel better and change to a healthier lifestyle. The weight loss and exercise should help me with managing my migraines too. I am tired of feeling fat, unhealthy and un-energized, not wanting to be seen in public or seen by my friends, not wanting to go clothes shopping and not feeling good about myself.

I'm here at sparkpeople.com to try something different and I'm very motivated to make some life-long changes, starting TODAY!

Under 200: mani/pedi
Under 190: massage
Under 180: workout clothes splurge
Under 170: new bathing suit
Under 160: Tiffany star keychain
Goal 155: pair of Christian Louboutin shoes!!!

I'd love to have more energy and maintain a healthy BMI.

Long term, I would like to maintain between 150-155lbs. and feel good about my health again.

Other Information:
I enjoy cake decorating and baking but they aren't great for my weight loss goals so I try to keep that to a minimum. I would love to get back into scrapbooking again!
