My Goals:
Weight and Fitness Goals:

Be healthy and in shape. Plain and simple. I have so much energy and want to do so many things. Being able to move and do the things that I want are important to me. I need my energy level to reflect how I feel inside.


Personal Goals:

Immediate goals are finishing up my research and thesis. Spiritually, I'll always be working on getting closer to God... He's so frikkin awesome! Lastly, I always think of ways I can improve myself and my life. I'm constantly evaluating myself, my life, and the people in it.

My Program:
Take it one day at a time... I keep reminding myself to focus. It's so easy to get sidetracked and I seriously eat like a pig sometimes. My biggest obstacle is proper planning and time management. However, I feel that things will be different this time.

Personal Information:
I'm from Atlanta, GA. Right now, I am in Statesboro working on my M.S. in Mathematics (ALMOST DONE Y'ALL!!). I love to experience different things and try to have fun as often as possible. Most importantly, God is my everything... the peaches to my cream, yin to my yang, etc. ...He is what completes me! ;-)

Other Information:
I LOVEEEE nature and beautiful scenery. I love poetry, music, dance... pretty much anything that is creative, expressive or shows individuality. I'm a die hard comedy fan. Laughter does the body so good lol I want to travel the world (well some of it) one day. I also want to do things like sky diving, skiing, jet ski, etc.

Thank you for helping me to do 10 extra lunges today. I had two people comment so I put in an extra 20 lunges in my routine. Pass the idea along and our team will boost their calories burned and have fun with one another doing so.

Super Woman I am not but I have my days! Lol!
Rest is important but it is always the first thing to stop! As women, I think we are conditioned to keep going and we do feel guilty when we stop for "me time". It is another life skill we need to adjust to.
