Hi I'm a successful person in all my life branches except living a healthy life. I want to make this goal like any other goal in my life which I've achieved them all. I'm a working from home mother. I have a daughter and a son. Happily married. The only problem in my life is my weight !!!

Food: Keep tracking my intake to be less than 1500 cal.
Fitness: 10 min. cardio 7 days. at home.
Strength twice a week.
Water: Drink 8 cups of water daily.



Other Information:
Never give up!

If a tier got flat on your way fix the flat tier instead of getting the 4 tiers flat as well.

When you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.

Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It's OK to fail. If you're not failing, you're not growing.

When everything seams like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top.

It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not STOP.

I love that your page is full of goals! That's a wonderful idea and a great reminder of where you want to go and by what time you want to be there! I am definitely going to update my page soon to reflect my goals and so that my friends can kinda hold me accountable lol (or at least ask about my progress)!
