Cardio and weight training 2x or 3x per week. Additional 60 min. + of cardio at least 2x per week - spinning, swimming laps, yoga, running, hiking, walking, or something active with my family. I try to change up my exercise routine to avoid plateaus and keep from getting bored.

Hi ! Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for your suggestion of taking a "SPIN" class... when I had trouble with Step Aerobics... funny... they did happen to offer a Spin class during the same time as Step Aerobics and so I went.. and had a great cardio workout! Thanks for the suggestion! -Risa
