My Goals:
1) Reach my goal weight of 140lbs (the healthy way) and stay there
2) Improve my 1.5 mile run time to 12 minutes or less.
3) Develop a healthierlifestyle to share with my husband (and our children when we finally have them)

My Program:
In addition to scheduled unit PT 3 days a week (or on my own when it is cancelled) I will do various workouts to push myself. Some weeks will focus more on cardio while others will focus more on strength, and some will be a combination of the two. I think this will help my body to not plateau from my workouts.

Personal Information:
I'm (currently) 22 years old.

Airman in the USAF stationed in OK.

I'm married to the best husband ever, DAN!

Other Information:
I love books by Laurel K. Hamilton.

I love movies.
