It all starts in the kitchen!

Confession: Despite being pretty active, my eating habits are, and always have been, horrible. So, here to learn some mad skillz about coping with stress, portion sizes and discovering why I have to have 3 cookies instead of just one. Physical and mental, baby, it's all tied up in one big bag.

Thanks for your comment on my blog and for welcoming me back. I had a good week and feel much better for it. Since I was able to plan and prepare all last week's meals at home, I also upped my veges and that makes me feel better. I am not really vegetarian, but I choose a lot of vegetarian dishes, and probably would be if I weren't cooking for my sons and husband. I like meat, but rarely really WANT it.
