Goals are dreams with a timeline... resetting goals at 3 month increment. Restarting goal November 7 goal to lose 10 lbs in 3 months ending Feb 7 2014. I will reset my goals at the end of the goal time or when reaching this 3 month goal.

All lifting , strength training is on hold during postoperative recovery time. I eliminated all cardio from the tracker to adjust calorie range and reduced walking steps to 5000 per day and will increase 500 to 1000 pwerday as strength increases.

My Goals:
track food stay in goal of elimination sugar,gluten, soy,corn, peanuts eggs and dairy for 21 days to assess effect, drink 8 glasses of water per day. Average 11K steps per day each week. Exercise 5 mornings a week with Leslie Sansone videos, . stetch classical stretch 5 days a week. include 3 day strength training

My Program:
walk walk away lbs 5 days a week keep spat tracker at 10 k per day as schedule allows and always have a plan b. now I have read that 250 minutes moderate exercise is needed weekly for weight loss. My My.

We live in Maine and love to spend time with our 4 grand daughters, and in our vegetable garden and each other.
