Hi fellow Sparkers!!! I 'm a mother of 2 beautiful girls, and a wife to a wonderful husband. I live in Ohio and a Buckeye thru & thru. I'm am so ready to lose this weight, but I seem to get in my own way. So here I am ready to keep trying until I get it right.

Hi Stefani! Way to go about sticking with your own lunch even when there was yummy catering! That's so hard. I've given in so many times, I 'm so proud of you! You've mentioned having trouble with water intake a few times now - what are you going to do differently to make it happen? :) Asking the tough questions!! Hahaha!

Something is always better than nothing - don't worry about not meeting your goal 100%, tomorrow is another day! I went over my calories just a bit yesterday, but I got in a good workout so I was ok with it. I had a work meeting at a restaurant today, and I looked at the menu ahead of time - they had "healthy" entrees and even some skinny cocktails (as everybody always stays for drinks after). I was SUPER proud of myself for sticking to those healthy options!!!! I had good food and fun, while staying on track. YEAH!

Sometimes getting my water in is one of the hardest goals for me to hit! I have good intentions, then the workday is over, and I've had almost nothing to drink! It's so bad, I know. I'm going to try having a glass as soon as I get up to start the day off right!

Hey there! I love your Spark name! Thanks for adding me - I definitely need all the motivation I can get :) What goals do you have this week? I just want to stay on track, not start the week strong and fizzle out by the weekend! I need to get moving, track my food, and make good choices!
