Nice to hear from you! Well, my workouts are just ok but my eating is even better. I am basically wheat/grain free for probably close to 2 months now. No potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, etc...I'm getting my carbs from mostly vegetables and some fruit. I feel GREAT! No more bloated, gassy, stuffed feelings after I eat. I have more energy than ever and I have lost about 25 lbs.

I'm telling you, those carbs were killing me! I've been doing more research on the affects of wheat, grains, and sugars (all kinds) on the human body. I don't like any of what I'm learning. And of course, I'm all about results. I've done low-carb before with great success and I'm doing it again. It's proven that it works for me. I just have to understand it's a lifestyle, not a diet. Getting over the addiction to those types of foods is my biggest hurdle. I am a carb/sugar addict and I always will be. Hopefully my new habits will prevail long term!!

Hey there! It's been a minute or two...LOL. How are you doing? I fell off the wagon for a few years emoticon seriously.

I'm at my highest weight and until recently felt like I was dying. I joined a gym on my birthday 4/2 and have been going 3-4 days a week since then. No weight lost yet but I feel so much better already.

Your girls are getting so big!! Time flies doesn't it?
