Hi fellow Sparkers!!! I 'm a mother of 2 beautiful girls, and a wife to a wonderful husband. I live in Ohio and a Buckeye thru & thru. I'm am so ready to lose this weight, but I seem to get in my own way. So here I am ready to keep trying until I get it right.

How was your Thanksgiving?! I indulged a bit....maybe more than a bit :)

My weigh in last week was so much better than I'd anticipated, I was down 2.4. WHAT?! I'm glad it happened, because I was up a little today. But I expected it. Now that I've kicked this cold, gotten past Thanksgiving, I'm ready to make more progress.

I'm excited for you to reach your water goal! Even if you don't reach it everyday, that's ok, something's always better than nothing, right?!

Hey Stefani! I've been sick for the last few days, camped out on the couch with lots of tea and honey. I'm not hopeful that tomorrow's weigh in will be a good one, but I'm not going to worry about it, and get back on track as soon as possible.

As far as your water intake, what's your daily goal? You could make it a goal to have one full glass before breakfast/work/morning workout, etc to start the day right. How about diving up your total ounces/cups goal, and challenging yourself to hit half of it by lunch and the other half by dinner? That way if you're approaching lunch and you're short, you focus on small chunks. Or getting one of those water tracking bottles (I think Weight Watchers makes one)? Or get a white board, use tape (or a Sharpie) to section it off into like 10oz sections, or 8 cups, whatever your goal is, then have fun crossing off each section as a goal visual?

If all else fails, give yourself a prize if you hit the goal for so many days in a row - I'm motivated by prizes hahaha!

Hi Stefani! Way to go about sticking with your own lunch even when there was yummy catering! That's so hard. I've given in so many times, I 'm so proud of you! You've mentioned having trouble with water intake a few times now - what are you going to do differently to make it happen? :) Asking the tough questions!! Hahaha!
