Getting fit
Hi everyone, my name is Babette, I am 41 and happily married. I started a new diet and exercice plan In february 2013 when I weighed 207 pounds. I am now at 184. I feel great and have a lot of energy. But I have been there and I just stopped at that level because it was confortable. I really would like to be at a healthier weight around 145 pounds and would love to have another child this year. My motivation is starting to dwindle so I need all the spark I CAN get!

Went to a doctor. Have a controlled eating plan. Exercise about 2 hours 4 Times a week and one hour on week-end.
