Fit and 47

I had gastric bypass surgery in 2006 and lost 145 pounds. After getting divorced in April 2011. I had gained 25 pounds.I have lost 13 pounds and would like to lose 12 pounds to get back to my goal weight. I want to have an active life and have daily joy and inner peace which were missing from my life for a long time.

My Goals:
My goal is to be fit and healthy, To return to my goal weight of 155 pounds. So I can be able to take care of my father and Enjoy all my nieces and nephews. To lead a life where I am an active participant and no longer sitting on the bench,

My Program:
I eat basically healthy. I am decreasing the amount of processed food. I am Increasing my fruit and food intake to at least 5 a day, I just got a fitbit and I am trying to strive for 8,000-10,000 steps a day.I am packing my lunch daily.

Personal Information:
I live a little east of Pittsburgh, PA . I work as the nursing coordinator on an inpatient Psychiatric unit. I divorced in April 2011 after almost 20 years together. I have 7 nieces and nephews who I adore.

Other Information:
Favorite movies: The Notebook, Gone with the Wind, A Walk to Remember, The Help ,all Harry Potter movies. I also enjoyed all of these books before the movie.
