My Goals:
I initially want to eat healthier & life longer, not only for myself of course but for my family. Yeah, that would be selfless of me, now wouldn't it? Well, I would like to get my blood pressure away from the border line back to normal. And why not do all that & look great when I'm done!
January 31st Goal 160lbs
March 5th Goal 150lbs
April learn to Maintain Goal Weight! 152lbs - 147lbs
My Program:
I work out with Cathe Fredriche on FitTv mostly 6am. If I miss her in the morning she's on again at 6pm. She can be relentless! That's 45 minute nonstop thrills & fills workout. I try now to do 11,000+ Steps everyday. I also do Tae Bo, Patrick Goudeau Non-Stop Step & a Firm dvd on alternate days. I love strength training so if my numbers don't change I know its muscle mass, not fat! ; )
