Thanks for the goodie! I'd talk to the doctor about the health issues first, and I'd def start out with an exercise like walking...it's one of the best things u can to do burn off fat, and it's low impact! Once you build some walking endurance, add something more challenging...I'm a huge believer in weight training, but not everyone is into it...
