I need to know what I WANT. I want health. I want energy. I want to look my best and feel my best.

In order to achieve those things, I WILL continue my exercise, I WILL improve my nutrition, and I WILL stay engaged in the process through my accountability to various challenges and teams. I WILL pick my self up when set-backs happen, ...

That is such good news... I have been such a slacker, so I am hoping I won't be the only one suffering without my cookies. :)

I walked 2 miles today, but doubt it is enough. What are you going to be doing? Just curious....
