I WILL, I WON'T, I WANT

Arriving at a goal weight, and learning to maintain that healthy weight, takes some effort.

Some?

Okay, a lot!

I'm almost there. I'm within 5 pounds of my goal. It has taken me 2 years to lose those 60 pounds. I've learned a thing or two along the way.

I know that in order to maintain that loss, I have to work just as hard as I did to lose it.

I need to know what I WANT. I want health. I want energy. I want to look my best and ...

I want to look my best and feel my best.

In order to achieve those things, I WILL continue my exercise, I WILL improve my nutrition, and I WILL stay engaged in the process through my accountability to various challenges and teams. I WILL pick my self up when set-backs happen, and I WILL surround myself with positive and supportive people. I'll make it fun!

I WON'T give up. I WON'T return to old habits. I WON'T decide I don't care anymore.

I WILL, I WON'T, I WANT!!!

It's all within my power.

It's all within my choice.

And I can and will reach and maintain my goal!

Steps,

Actually the next year I had the chance again with Michele & Paul, who live in Moab Utah. This time I did use my legs. I had rented shoes which pinched my toes and caused a lot of pain. I plan next to buy shoes for climbing which will fit and be comfortable for my feet, so next time, I will not have discomfort!

If you take look at my spark page pictures, the day before when we went canyoneering, which I really enjoyed. The next day I attempted to climb again. This time I made it about 80% to the top.

My motto is 'DON'T GIVE UP!"

emoticon and next time I hope I can say emoticon

Steven
