Thanks for the Spark Message!
People watch all these reality TV shows (Biggest Loser, etc) and think that is what it takes to lose weight these days... THAT IS FALSE! And such an unhealthy perspective on weight loss.
People didn't gain the weight in 3 months, so why are they expecting it to go away in 3 months???

Weight loss is a very simple formula, but one that may take longer then you originally set out for. It's OK, enjoy the journey!!! Just keep reminding yourself that you are healthier then you were the day, week, month before... keep the motivation alive!!!
