    I absolutely loved your comment on the thread "what surprised you about losing weight". I rode my bike today with spandex on (because they have that great padded butt) and I felt so uncomfortable about my rolls along the sides and front. Your comment reminded me of what is REALLY important here. THANKS!

    Heyy=) I'm actually on week 3 now..took some breaks here and there, but keep pushing myself..=) It's deffinitely not easy, not that I thought it would be, but it keeps me motivated. It's nice having some kind of goal to reach besides just losing weight for once! =) It sounds like your doing GREAT with your training! Keep it up =) We CAN do it! =) Couch to 5K...woohooo! =)

    Hey Becky! =) Thanks for the visit to my page. =) I was actually beginning to get discouraged thinking I'll never run longer than a minute at a time, lol. I know now, though, it takes time to work up to it. Its deffinitely a challenge going from a non-runner to a 5k, but a GOOD challenge. =) I'm excited, as I'm sure you are. emoticon Week 4 is killing you? I'm dreading just going to week two! LOL. Well, nothing could beat the results in the end, so GOOD luck with your 5k journey. I hear they are addicting, what do you think? emoticon

    On your daily walking! What a concept: walk daily at work!!! I also like your program note about eating "4" meals a day. What time do you squeeze in the 4th meal??

    Thank you so much for stopping by and commenting my blog that meant alot to me... God is so good and when I read your page I was like COOL... We have the same goal... I'm trying to be at my goal weight by July as well.... PRAISE GOD!!!!

    If you dont mind we can be spark buddies are goal is just to similar... I have a team called CREATED IN HIS IMAGE you can access it on my page.... Its only like 2 or 3 of us but were very close and care about each other dearly and all love the Lord... I have a challenge over there called Renew my mind in 2009 super challenge that ends in like May or June... So please feel free to come and share the journey with us...
