I've been dealing with digestive issues for almost two years now, and have recently made the switch to a gluten free diet. One month in, and I have noticed considerable changes in how I feel, with the added bonus of losing weight.

My main focus right now is nutrition. I'm trying to not overwhelm myself with changes.

Then you will connect with others who are heading in the same direction as you are..

Just wanted to let you know that you inspired me to restart the Couch to 5k and that I donned two bras last night and gave it a go. The first night was pretty easy and didn't hurt me at all. The true test will be when I start running for longer than 60 seconds at a time. How is it going for you?
