My Goals:
Ultimate goal: To get down to 16% body fat, but maintain an 18%bf. Simple as that! I love gaining strength as well, so along the way as i lose body fat I want to maintain muscle and strength!



My Program:
LIFTING, LIFTING, AND MORE LIFTING! Cardio about 3 times a week right now in the form of HIIT. Lifting about 5 times a week.

Drinking a gallon of water a day.

Hey babe! I guess I was having a hard time emailing you. I wasn't sure if you were getting them..lol omg! Congrats! How far along are you? Well I've been working out with my husband for the past 4 weeks. I haven't really been doing any cardio tho. I'm trying to walk more for right now. It's been a struggle for me..but I've been trying. I'm not worrying with the scale right now. How has things been with you and your growing family?

How are you? Enjoying your weekend?
I didn't eat clean today but I did workout. I started my day with a bowl of fruit loops and ice cold milk (very delicious). After that I went to the multi use trail and ran for 25 min. I burned 257 calories. Later on my sis and her family came by and of course we went out to eat....so delicious! I'm proud of myself anyway for getting up this morning to actually do something active, because I was feeling reallllyyyy LAZY!! It wasn't a easy run but I definitely felt better afterwards. I'm hoping next week will be even better. Just wanted to update you.

Honestly chic, I'm not even worried at the scal#e. It's not necessary for us to post our weights. I'm not getting wrapped up in that as well. I only got in to know my starting point. I haven't been on since....lmao!!. My week wasn't so good. I worked out only one day and just didn't eat well. I'm planning to get back on track next week. I grocery shopped lady night and I'm ready to start. I'm happy you were on track this week!! I think what will work for me is working out in the mornings. After work in the afternoon is becoming a hassle. I may switch it up since school is out. I'm excited and so happy to be doing this with you! I've missed you much!! Have a great weekend and holiday!!
PS. Sorry if that last message seemed to end abruptly. I was at my daughter's 5th grade graduation and it was about to start..lol. Sorry about that.

Okay, chic so.you know I'm late. I would definitely like to check in. I have been skiing what I need to but I still fail to log my progress. I'm feeling you on that pass stuff. I weighted the other day and was down to 146.5. My weight before that was 152. I know working with you will help me a lot.
