My workout routine is all from home. AS my title says "the best inspiration is not to outdo others, but to outdo yourself." That really has been my personal motivation as I do not have those around me that want the healthy lifestyle that I live and desire. I have found that I am my own motivator and I find great joy in looking in the mirror when my hard work has payed off and it was solely because I pushed myself to sweat, bleed, sacrifice and make the right choices. I have realized over the past year that clean eating is so vital to changing your body. Without clean I would have never found my abs. Clean eating has really changed my life and has really opened my eyes up so much to real health. I thought I was eating good and healthy before until I was educated on clean eating. Wow and it has really helped me take care of my family better.
So, this is a journey I still am trying to find that balance as my old bad tendencies allow me to give in and emotinally deal with things which get in the way of my efforts. It is a path that I will walk my whole life, but it's about picking myself back up when I fall. I hope to fall less and less as I travel through.

My Goals:
Ultimate goal: To get down to 16% body fat, but maintain an 18%bf. Simple as that for now. I believe I am anywhere from 21-22%.
BF% 20%: done On hold due to being pregnant; due date April 17th

My Program:
Doing ST 3 times a week (high reps, low weights) , HIIT once a week, and 5 days of cardio and plyometrics. Attempting to work my abs three days a week via my own ab favorite moves and p90x ab ripper.


Drinking a gallon of water a day.

EAting as clean as I can during the week and allowing one day to get out my cravings and indulge some.

Personal Information:
I am a 33 year old SAHM of two young boys (one on the way) and am happily married for 9 years and an independent beachbody coach! Check out my website (www.beachbodycoach.com/BalancedMP). I am also an insulin dependent diabetic for 28 years. I am thankful to say that my health is very good and I have no complications and am very thankful for every day God blesses me with! I have no strength within myself, but only the strength of God! Phil 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me!"

Just wanted to say Hi! I haven't been on the site like I was at first, butI'm still sticking to my workouts and watching my food intake. I'm trying to get back in the swing of tracking like I should.
