My short-term goals: 1) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day. 2) Drink 8 glasses of water. 3) Track all foods and drinks.
Medium-term goals: 1) Lose 35 lbs. by June 23 for trip to North Carolina. 2) Be able to jog a 5K.
Long-term goals: 1) Eat Healthy every day because I know how to and enjoy it. 2) Exercise Regularly because I know how to and enjoy it. 3) Meet Good Friends through healthy activities. 4) Lose 50 - 80 lbs. by 12/17/10
Right now exercising at least 10 minutes EVERY day (too many times started and stopped with more time / fewer days). Keep calories close to target range. Understand calorie differential.

Hi. I am in Texas, not Dayton but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly.
