Hey everyone, I'm Kelsey. I'm 22 and currently in law school. I was a competitive dancer and gymnast growing up until a gymnastics injury that forced an early retirement. I still swam competitively after that but now that i've graduated college and am no longer an athlete, I've gained some unwanted weight pretty quickly.
Just trying to get back in shape and figure out how to get my old body back!
I want to lose 30-40 lbs, fit back into my old clothes, eventually run a half marathon, and generally be happy with and proud of my body again.
I eat a plant-based vegan diet (although I'm trying really hard not to be obsessive about it) and I run 6 days a week. When my apartment's gym opens I hope to add lifting to my program as well.
