Been at it about a month now. Started the Spark Solution last week and then went camping over the weekend so I sort of broke the pattern. But not badly. Got right back on track yesterday and am feeling good.
Biggest issue I have is the lower back pain I have been struggling with. I am working with a physical therapist and finding there are some limitations to my movements. Don't like limitations much: have never had to deal with them. So so far I am doing a lot of walking and some strength moves. Hard to find goals at this time of my life that really mean anything - other than general fitness. 1376 days ago
I am back on track and have been for about 2 weeks. Weighing and tracking on paper before loading it into the Spark program seems to be the key. Actiity is better because I can read while on the treadmill and it gives me some quiet time. When outside the i-pod is very helpful. I know that both would be better if I were totally focused, but at least I am putting in the miles and doing it at a good pace. Happy so far with my progress. 1411 days ago
