I am a lifetime WW and have lost my incentive to hold the weight down. Not very far above my goal, but I stay level at that same weight even though I feel SO much better about 4-5 pounds lighter than I am now. I work with a trainer twice a week, but haven't done the cardio I should be doing. Not a runner, but I do ski in the winter and hike occasionally all year long.
