I've been sick for a month with sinus infection and my ear has been plugged. Today has been my first exercise the plugged ear is getting better and I don't feel like I"m going to fall or hurl. Hahaha
You mentioned on my blog awhile back you did Classical Stretch. I looked and at the time we didn't have it. Last week they changed our channel setup and just the other day I found it! I recorded the series.
I felt lethargic today (this illness for a month has really put me down) so I decided to try it sense I felt sturdy on my feet. Holy Cats! I sweat like a pig but I could actually DO the stretches/exercises!
My lower back feels better, I feel stretched and I'm STILL sweating!
I just wanted to come back and thank you for recommending Classical Stretch. It's the 1st time I've felt as though I could get an actual workout down with belly fat in the way and not left feeling defeated because I couldn't get the workout done like it should. It was easy enough to do but it wasn't all that easy of a workout.
