Detail exercise plan. Make to-do list each week. Get a full length mirror - to look in every day...naked! Limit time on computer. READ MY WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE WHY HOW every morning :). **************************************** ********************************** I have been a member of SP since October of 07.....finally got started in February of 08. I lost 30 - 40 pounds - seem to teeter between those numbers...YEAH ME! Now I have been there for over a year. Is it a plateau???? Nawwww...I just haven't been consistent with anything and more importantly I haven't done what my title says...TRUST THE PROCESS...GO WITH IT...LET IT BE!!! That all changes....I will be the BIGGEST LOSER!!! Funny, never thought I'd be proud to call myself the BIGGEST LOSER!!! So come on....jump on the train - we're on our way to Git Er DONE!!!
