Hello, and welcome.

I'm 53 and a sahm of (5) with only one child (20 yrs old) left at home, unless you include my inner child and my husband, lol. I hope to establish a healthier lifestyle so that I can see my youngest married with children. And maybe even the graduations and marriages of his children. I hope my journey spreads motivation to my loved ones that have joined the ranks of adulthood, and have lost the art of staying active.

I'm 53, the mother of 5, and I live in the DEEP south, USA.


Other Information:
1) I am typing to you from Gonzales, Louisiana, USA

2) This area is famous for Mardi Gras and plantation homes.

3) What I love best about my city is it is quaint, quiet (the sidewalks roll up at 9pm), we get, on average, 1 week of "cold" weather, and its not far from the gulf shore, New Orleans, or Baton Rouge.

4) If I didn't live here, I would like to live in a forested area with a beautiful view of a pond or lake.

5) The most popular types of food in my area are Cajun Cuisine, Jambalaya, Creole Cuisine, boiled crawfish and of course the bottomless coffee pot.
