When I was FAT

I have always had my ups and downs with my weight. I want that to change. I am tired of agonizing over the scale as it climbs back up knowing how hard it is to get it back down. I am tired of starting a story with when I was thinner or when I was smaller or when I weighed less. I want to change my story to read when I was fat and leave it that way once and for all!

To pass a PT test to the standard I had to pass when I went into the army 19 years ago
19 push ups in 2 min
53 sit ups in 2 min
2 mile run in 18min 54 sec
Goal 2
Be able to run 5 miles in under 60 minutes



Personal Information:
I live in Canon City, Colorado with my husband and 14 year old son.

Other Information:
I like doing active things hiking, jogging.........but I also enjoy and usually do watch soap operas, playing games on the computer and reading books.
