The book is The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program: Personalized Plan for Becoming Slim, Fit & Healthyin your 40's 50's 60's and Beyond by Richard F. Heller and Rachael F. Heller. I have read The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet in the past. I am back on that diet for health reasons. I need to eliminate a lot of carbs from my diet especially the white flour and sugar. This is the only low carb plan, I have been able to stick with. My dr. said that it sounded like one of the healthy ones, although he hadn't researched it. My father-in-law lost a lot of weight on this and lowered his cholesterol. His Japanese dr. told him not to stop whatever it was that he was doing! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
