i workout daily, use to more.. but time has gotten the best of me
i work 12 hr shifts, travel over an hour to work, get up at 240am to workout before work.. try to pack healthy food and well.. time flies...

i work all the overtime i can, as i take care of my elderly mother who is sick, who i am trying to keep at home, with my daughters help...

with a big fight, no disability here... wouldnt raise a kid and take care of a parent... i dragged on, finding other things.. and thank God, there is...
not that i have been lucky enough to be surgery free for more than a year at a time, but i have managed to keep my job.. and yes work long, long days, and overtime..
and lose weight!! and damn it, even run.. hehe...

sorry, so long, but for those with health issues.. yes, oh yes...
one can work around them and still workout... some how... there are ways.. dont give up....
