So Grateful!!!

I am a typical yo yo dieting person. I will lose ten, twenty or thirty and then gain some back. It has been so easy to walk off since I don't think I have ever made a commitment to myself. The eight week diabetic challenge is helping me to commit and redesign my life so I can take better care of me. My Goals:
My goals change as often as the wind blows. My goal right now it to get healthier through the eight-week diabetic challenge. I have eight weeks to make changes to my life so I can make a life time commitment to myself.

My Program:
Right now, I think I am winging it. WIth the challenge I have been doing a lot of alterations. I will get back to you once I get things where they need to be because I am not sure where that is right now.

Personal Information:
Recently, I became an empty nester. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do with the next 20 years of my life. Wow, that is so long range...just to focus on this week....I am trying to focos on me and take better care of myself.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader and proud parent of two. I am a bragging grandmother of my little darlings. Over on the left, you will see a picture of me with my beautiful grands!!! Aren't they beautiful!!! And smart, but you can't see that~~~

Hi ya!!! Welcome to Grey Wolves! This is an absolutely fabulous team and I know you are going to like being with us! Jump right in and get all practiced up for our Winter Challenge!!! Check out our week 8 ITC thread and become involved by doing a few exercise moves! Just read what the last team member has posted as completed exercise and what she or he says is next. It is a relay so we go from 24 exercises down to (0) and begin the next round! Hope to see you there!!!
