My Journey begins now

One step at a time, one day at a time, I am making strides to obtain my goals, I have messed up a few times, but I will not give up. I now have support of my family, friends and doctor. I will take my journey slow and easy make my goals one day at a time.
The picture doesn't look like me anymore but I am leaving it as a reminder to myself that I can do this and I will do this again.
Life challenges Happen to everyone and I need to learn how to not let them ...

My Goals:
My goals are to be healthy and happy. Pain management is first, I can be more active if the pain is controlled.

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses or more of water every day.
Write down every bite of food I eat staying in my calorie range every day
30 to 60 minutes of exercise every day. strength training every other day
forgive myself if I slip and keep on going

Personal Information:
My name is Betty, I now live alone in Blue Island. Kids are married, dad passed and now i am on an adventure to make my life full of health and happiness. I would like to find a work out buddy in my area, I am alone so much and its hard to keep active sometimes.

Other Information:
II still work for Walgreen's and still love the job, I get to meet interesting people and help people get and stay well. that is Walgreen's slogan, bu I think its true.

Hi Sweetie, I go to cardio at the bottom of my fitness page , hit add cardio and then log in Low-impact aerobics and how long you did the DVD this is the best way to log in your fitness for Chair aerobics. I hope this helped
