I would like to be healthier, skinnier, and happier with my body. I want to thrive, and even be envied a little. I want people to think of me as fit. I want to love my body and what it can do instead of despising it and trying to cover my "shame".
I skate at practice 3 times a week (1.5-3 hours per practice) I try to do cardio 5 times a week and strength training 2-3 times a week. I have a great workout partner (my mom!) and I am dedicated to this lifestyle.
I'm 33, I'm from Denver. I want to kick as much ass on the track as possible, and I'm pretty sure losing weight will help.
I love music, my favorite band is Pixies. I also love reading books and watching the never ending stream of media from my television.
After 5 years and finishing out a crazy amazing season breaking all the records for jamming in my league and taking MVP for the league again, I'm in retirement (but probably going to go back when season starts.......) Need to finish this stinking PhD thingy. UGH!
