My name is Brenda. I am 43. I have 2 boys, 23 and 16. I have high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease so I wanted to lose weight, eat healthier, and get more exercise. I love that there is so much support and information right here. It helped a lot. I've lost weight before, but never kept it off for very long. I've lost the weight and met my goal (several times)! Now if I can just get back to goal weight and figure out how to maintain it...
