My Goals:
I am working my way to lose 70 lbs. I am tired of looking and feeling the way I do. I want to be able to have more energy, keep up with my kids, and not feel so tired and groggy all the time. I want to lose weight and have energy so that when I come home from work I am not exhausted and can do more than sit in front of the TV.

My Program:
I have tried many programs and have quit 2 weeks in. I have so many different work out videos (Jillian MIchaels Body Revolution, The Firm Express, Zumba,EA Active, Turbo Jam, 10 MInute Trainer, Slim in 6, ect). You would think with all those I would be fit...HaHa... I just cant stick with it. Right now I am working with a personal trainer/friend. She has created me an online program to follow and I absolutely love it!

Personal Information:
I am from Prescott, WI. I graduated from her and now live here with my husband and 2 boys and our dog. My oldest is 10 years old and my youngest is 2. I am into card making and photo's. I love hanging out with friends and family. I enjoy walking with my family, shopping, baking, and taking time to myself when I can get it. I am trying to get it through my head that losing weight is not going to be a diet but a lifestyle. I will get this down at some point in the future...the near future hopefully.

Other Information:
I like to read but only if its on my iPad. I love reading about modern romance and weight loss books. My favorite type of movie is comedy. I love to laugh and have a good time.

Loved your comment that your "toddler" will always be your baby. My kids are 10 and 13 and I still call them my babies! emoticon There is a book I used to read to my kids that had a line that repeated that said, "I'll love you forever,I'll like you for always as long as I'm living my baby you'll be." And boy oh boy is that true!

The past few days I have packed a snack to eat on the way home and that has really helped, so I don't get home ravaging.

I have learned life is always an adjustment. Just when I get in a routine that works something gets changed or added in and I have to adjust. The difference now is that I'm adjusting where before I would just give up.

So love being part of BLC!!!! Your plan about eating earlier so you can have the time to work out when your little one is less cranky is a good one. Keep me posted on how it works out for you.

Thanks for the Spark Goodie. :) So do you have any tips for avoiding the junk food when I get home? (Besides not having it in the house because I don't buy it but my DH does.) Today I did better I had some granola that was sweet and crunch and I measured it out so I didn't eat half a bag like I normally might do! I also bought mint gum and I've been chewing up a storm trying to avoid eating.

How is your journey going?

Thanks for the goodie. We are settling into our new house just fine. Working on getting the old place rented out for our landlord since we moved out before our lease ended. Fingers crossed.
