UPDATE!!!!

Here I am at 35 weighing in at 340 lbs, just recently (over the past 2 months) lost 20 lbs...thank you keto os for coming into my life, Here I am Pruving it...I have lost a little weight on my own but have been spending years losing and regaining the same damn 10 lbs...which is frustrating in and of it self but when you have so much to loose and cant keep off just 10 of those lbs off consistently it makes it a lot easier to throw your hands up and just accept this is the way it is going to be...if you are curious to here more check out my blog on keto os

UPDATE!!!!

Below was my last post, and apparently I started this journey at 26...and here I am about to turn 33, starting at 350 pounds now and wondering what the hell happened...I am sure I have millions of excuses...and that is just what they are excuses and they aren't making me any healthier...so with my birthday right around the corner what I want to gift to myself is commitment to a healthier lifestyle, and the courage to bring out the person who has always been hiding behind all 350 pounds of this...and a promise to hold and keep myself accountable to me and all of you

Looking back at my orginal text it is hard to believe I started this journey when I was 26 and I look at myself and all I can say is "what happened" I have had spurts of motivation and energy. I just feel like I have wasted so much time though, for those someday I'lls. I have given up on myself, if I would have stuck with it I could be already where I want to be, but maybe I wasn't ready. I have wasted my time in a job I hate and in bad relationships that only confirmed my feelings of worthlessness. Well no more, I am moving forward, I am going to take my time, enjoy every step of the journey, struggles and successes alike. I am no longer going to talk about some day I'll, someday is now, It is now for a better me, a successful me!!!
