Gotta get over the wall

I am using SPARKPEOPLE to loose weight for my health (type 2 diabetes runs in the family) and to pass a physical fitness test to become a police officer. I will have to perform many task that will require stamina, agility, endurance, and strength. Stair climb, through a window, over a wall, dummy drag and tackle, gun fire, etc...
