Ooh! That massage Goodie was lovely! There is a massage therapist who comes twice a week and gives the people we support treatments; she was there yesterday. We (staff) always make jokes about how to get a massage by stealth! For example, she was giving a head massage to someone sitting in a chair, and I said "if I just sat here (ie in the next chair) do you thing M would notice? ........' It's our running joke theme on massage days.

It would be so good to get a massage. Maybe a foam roller would help. You've got me thinking about self massage now - YouTube here I come!

Hi, Brian! Nice to hear from you. I ate mostly on plan, but I think I overdid it. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. I will start over tomorrow, and I'm trying to get to the gym more this coming week, so I hope I can get back on track. I hope you are having a good challenge.

Haha! The cold certainly came to the fore when I left work - and the cough is trying to get me. Thanks for the soup Goodie - you are right, it is nice to be home and free to sniff and cough!

Indeed, you couldn't not have a treat today - sounds like you made a wise, but satisfying choice with the crisps. All the best for your first weigh-in of the 5% Challenge.
