emoticon There's an ankle biter nipping at my ankles! Thank God I wrote down what I ate yesterday! Tracked 3 each Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and so far 1 Tuesday!
10-8. Of course, my tacking is easier than adapting recipes. Maybe I should give you 1.25 points each for the extra work emoticon
    Keep up the good work!

emoticon .. emoticon Glad to hear you are staying ahead of the dogcatcher!! I think she's snapping at your heels though. Yes, she is dressed up for Halloween in case you were wondering.

As for the new tracking challenge. I'm at zero, so I believe you are ahead by one?

LOST 5 POUNDS while on vacation!! I know a pound or two will bounce back due to dehydration, but I made excellent choices for meals and snacks. I walked all day for two days. My only "splurge" was rum and coke at the wedding -- don't ask how many. I remember two... maybe three.... emoticon
