I categorized 7 different Workout Routines and put each one on my calendar for a different day of the week. Now to make sure I do them!
Two are routines from the 30 Days Skinny Jeans Challenge that helped me go down two sizes. One I called "Spark TV" and I''ll choose something from their links. One I called Index Cards. I have a card catalogue of physical therapy exercises (for every part of the body) from which I can choose. The cards also include "Balance Ball" and "Resistance Bands" options. One is "Standing Core" exercises, while another is "Fitness Blender's 10x10 Squats Challenge". The final one is "Wild Card" where I can choose anything, including a nap :) I concentrated on lower body because that's where I need the most help.
My goal is to travel back in time form the (1)90's to the (1)80's for this challenge! I don't know how I will celebrate the 80's, but I'm buying a poodle skirt when I reach the 150's! 1 day ago
