Thanks for the pizza - I switched my Saturday staple to salad and ice-cream today! I've had a fair old mixture of dairy and vegan alternatives recently - I have been using Greek Yoghurt, and vegan cheeze; tonight I had cottage cheese and ice-cream. This afternoon I stopped at a vegan street-food van on the seafront and had a coffee - and she said 'almond or soya milk?' - it was refreshing to be presented with only vegan choices. I also had a piece of her chocolate mint brownie - it's been one of those days - a bit sweet.

I'm glad to know that the wildfires are a long way from you - on the map they look like they're right on your shoulder in the Harrison Lake East - I guess that's hours away from you. It's hard for me to imagine the distances in your country as I've always lived on this little island!

Blueberries are spot on - I bought some yesterday, grown in England, for a salad mixture I saw in the local store's monthly magazine - it's blueberries, pear, rocket and cottage cheese. I'm having that tomorrow. It sounded appealing, low carb, and a nice mixture of textures.

    Hello. I have been
    1. Emptying a 4,000 sq ft antiques store into a 130 sq ft livingroom (10-14 hour days/7 days a week)
    2. Taking care of hubby when complications arose during his surgery recovery
    (He is improving now)
    3. Getting kicked out of school
** just kidding ** well kinda - I had to reapply to prevet because they kicked me out of prevet when I graduated with a human services degree
    4. Straightening out my records at school so I have my financial aid back
    5. Seeing my daughter and 4legged grandchildren
*All this while on doctor ordered bed rest
That's my July in a nutshell. I kinda remember fireworks in there somewhere.

What beautiful areas have you hiked?

Thank you so much - that was a lovely surprise! Both the massage, and the mantra. I've written the mantra in my little notebook and will use that one later today.
