Went for walk. Wore raincoat. It soaked through. Don't care, sneakers are still waterproof and socks stayed dry.
Why am I craving Kale?

I wanna go for at least a walk in the rain. Let's see if my LL Bean hiking sneakers are still waterproof. Of course, if I melt I am blaming Dorothy and that Scarecrow!
One of the Alzeimer patients brought Herc for a walk around the secure wing. Herc made her so happy! He kept looking back to make sure I was 'in view' though. IT's the first time he didn't try to leave through the hidden stairs-- he didn't know the magic code.
This week has been crazy! I am trying to wrap up the semester for my students, get ready for the wedding, wrap up my classes, get ready for graduation, write cover letters, personalize my resume, apply for jobs, have time for interviews, and conquer day THREE of the 30 day challenge!

It's rainy, I have to cancel my hike with Hercules. We'll get wet. What am I saying! The sun can be shining and Hercules and I will get drenched on a hike!

Don't worry, Brian, I wasn't feeling sad, perhaps a bit helpless amidst that jungle - the grassy plants are as high as me! I've got a downward-turned mouth unless I remember to smile (my mum used to say it was a 'coal-scuttle mouth' which runs in the family)
and I'm glad you noticed the t-shirt - it's very old and now used only for garden work.

Yep, we are getting hit and miss Sun. One minute bright and sunny, and then the sun is still out and it sprinkles. One VERY wet spring. If I ever get tired of it all, I just look at my beautiful ornamental plum. It is definitely one of the biggest you've seen. I need to post a picture of it on my spark page. Soon, because it already is losing the blooms and turning to the purplish leaves. Love that too tho. Looks like the weather doesn't stop you! In the clouds and wearing shorts? REALLY? Ha
