new tomorrow

I have always been an emotional eater but after the end of an emotional relationship ended
I realized I had a bigger issue with food then i ever had before due in part to not wanting to talk about my feelings w/ my ex-bfso i have spent the last year working on correcting my very negative habits and everyday brings me new lessons and tools so i can continue to grow stronger and get back to being a healthy person and i know with God's love and help I am already well on the way.

My Goals:
Get to to know myself better in order to handle my emotions better and not eat them.
I also need to get started on a REAL exercise program.

My Program:
In the past I have tried about every program imaginable until i finally realized nothing was working because it was what was happening on the inside.
Luckily I found an amazing facility that I am going to for help and I am FINALLY figuring out what is happening inside.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Queens NY but i grew up in South Florida and worked for the local government for over 25 years. I never married but i have 3 wonderful nephews and a very sweet niece whom i love very much.
Being a bit of an introvert i always kept things to myself never really realizing i was burying my feelings with food I am getting with that slowly but surely and i like myself a lot better for it!

Hi ! I saw your post in the panic forum.

Did you try updating your ADOBE flash player ? If not, try updating it. Spark People uses adobe flash for its videos. so, if you're using an older version, that could be the reason.

Try updating the ADOBE Flash player to the current version. I think that should fix it.

Good luck !
