Welcome to emoticon of our TRICK OR TREAT challenge. Just thought I'd give you a quick reminder of your goals for this first week!

T - Track food (1 point per day; max 7 points per week)
R - Reflect (write a blog reflecting on your week) (max 1 point per week)
E - Exercise (1 point per day; max 7 points per week)
A - Agua (drink 8 glasses of water!) (1 point per day; max 7 points per week)
T - Try new food or exercise (1 point per new food or exercise; max 3 points per week)
