Becoming healthier is the goal.

I'm done with diets. No up and down. No denying what I want. I've been on a road to a healthier lifestyle and I'm losing weight sloooowly - but at least I'm going in the right direction - and without actually dieting.

I'm making changes to eat healthier - and to enjoy healthy foods.

Yes, I'll eat some "junk" food, but an occasionlly cake won't kill anyone.

Thank you for your kind comments about my not so pleasant e-mail from my friend. I normally don't let her get to me so much, but this one was extra cruel. I felt like I had been repeatedly slapped in the face. It just reminds me of how NOT to treat people. emoticon
